These terms cover use of the website and the starting point for enquiries, proposals, and creative production work with spatialvista.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about spatialvista services and submit genuine business enquiries. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful or misleading information.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or commit either party to a project. Any services, deliverables, fees, usage rights, and timelines will be confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Services and estimates
spatialvista may provide AI property videos, picture-led landing pages, virtual staging, social reels, listing copywriting, sales or investor packs, and optional Facebook or Instagram ad launch support. Website pricing is an estimate only. Final pricing depends on the property brief, source material, usage, deadlines, revision scope, and any additional services agreed in writing.
Landing pages and advertising
Landing page packages include the agreed page content, property video, and picture gallery for the quoted property or properties. Any domain, hosting, third-party software, advertising account costs, and Facebook or Instagram media spend are separate unless a written proposal says otherwise.
Client materials
You are responsible for ensuring that photos, plans, video, logos, listing information, and other materials you provide can lawfully be used for the project. You should not submit confidential or restricted material unless we have agreed how it will be handled.
Intellectual property
Website copy, images, video, design, and branding belong to spatialvista or its licensors. Project asset ownership and usage rights are handled in the relevant client agreement.
Revisions and approvals
Revision rounds, approval steps, and delivery formats are confirmed in the relevant proposal. Once work has been approved or published, further changes may require an additional fee.
Accuracy
We aim to keep service descriptions and pricing clear, but website content is general information only. Final scope, feasibility, and pricing depend on project requirements.
Liability
The website is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, spatialvista is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website.
