If you describe a property brief, that may include property details such as location, room count, size, available photos, listing notes, campaign goals, and whether you want a landing page, video, staging, copywriting, or Facebook and Instagram ad support.

We may collect analytics events such as form submissions, booking clicks, pricing clicks, and page engagement if you accept analytics cookies. Non-essential analytics scripts only load after consent. You can clear or change your browser storage to reset your choice.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, prepare proposals, recommend suitable services, estimate pricing, manage follow-up, and improve the website. We may use project details to plan creative production for AI property videos, picture-led landing pages, virtual staging, listing copy, and optional Facebook or Instagram ad launch support. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
The site can use Web3Forms or Resend for enquiry notifications, Calendly for booking, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, or Plausible when configured. If a project proceeds, we may also use creative, hosting, advertising, or file-transfer tools needed to deliver the agreed work.

Retention
